In February 2003, the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services and Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority surveyed all Wisconsin RCACs. The survey results provide information on characteristics of RCACs in the state, tenant profiles, and operating information (including services provided and rates charged).
